RULES & REGULATIONS:
1) Cathay Pacific 60th Anniversary Celebration Lucky Draw is open to all Singapore citizens & persons residing in Singapore.

2) The qualifying period of Cathay Pacific 60th Anniversary Celebration Lucky Draw is from 1 March 2007 to 10 June 2007 (both dates inclusive).

3) Each Cathay Pacific 60th Anniversary Celebration Lucky Draw coupon can be bought for S$10. Proceeds from the sale of Cathay Pacific 60th Anniversary Celebration Lucky Draw Coupons will go to Habitat for Humanity Singapore.

4) Participants can purchase as many Cathay Pacific 60th Anniversary Celebration Lucky Draw Coupons as they like. Only original serialized Cathay Pacific 60th Anniversary Celebration Lucky Draw Coupons qualify for the draw.

5) 23 Cathay Pacific 60th Anniversary Celebration Lucky Draw Coupons / winners will be drawn on 10 June 2007, 6:00pm at the third level of Vivo City.

6) Winning coupons will be announced on 20 June 2007 via:• HFHSg’s corporate website (www.habitat.org.sg) • Cathay Pacific’s website (www.cathaypacific.com)
These information will also be published in TODAY Newspaper on 20 June 2007.

7) All winners shall be notified in writing by ordinary post.

8) Winners are to present their identity card for verification to exchange for their prizes. Failure to do so will render their claims invalid.

9) Travel is subject to availability & certain blackout dates as stipulated by Cathay Pacific & restrictions may apply. Personal accident & travel insurance are not included in the prizes.

10) The travel tickets have no cash value & is to be used by the winner. It is non-transferable, non-reroutable, & can not be exchanged for cash nor extended beyond the validity date.

11) The travel ticket must be issued & utilized within 12 months from the date of the event, otherwise it will be forfeited. No extension will be granted.

12) The travel tickets are on a bookable basis but are subject to embargo periods. As the embargo varies in accordance with the travel sectors, winners should check with Ms Jenny Sum of Cathay Pacific at tel: 63958389 prior to making travel reservations. 13) For seat reservations, please call Cathay Pacific’s Reservations Office a tel: 6533 1333. When making reservations, please indicate that it is a winner’s ticket. The name used for reservations should be the same as that stated in the winner’s passport. Thereafter, please call Ms Jenny Sum of Cathay Pacific at tel: 63958389 to make arrangements for the issuance of the air ticket.

14) It is appreciated that you give Cathay Pacific at least seven (7) working days prior notice for issuance of ticket. However, seat reservation should be done well in advance prior to the 7 days notice for the ticket issuance. Tickets can only be issued upon receipt of original winner’s notification letter.

15) The holder of the ticket is on a lower boarding priority than Cathay Pacific’s normal fare paying passengers. If the flight you are booked on becomes critically full, &/or other serious disruptions occur, there is a possibility that you will not be accepted for the flight. In this event, you will not be entitled to denied boarding compensation. The airport staff will then include you on the booking list for the next available Cathay Pacific or Dragonair flight.

16) Upon collection of the ticket, you are required to pay all the relevant taxes/surcharges that will be incorporated in the ticket.

17) By participating in the Cathay Pacific 60th Anniversary Celebration Lucky Draw, each participant authorizes Habitat for Humanity Singapore to disclose & publicise his or her name & other particulars determined by Habitat for Humanity Singapore to any persons & in any mode & manner as Habitat for Humanity Singapore considers appropriate.

18) The staff & immediate family of Habitat for Humanity & Cathay Pacific are not eligible for this draw.

19) Habitat for Humanity Singapore and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising in connection with the draw, including any error in computing any lucky draw chance, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.

20) Habitat for Humanity Singapore may at its discretion at any time replace or substitute the prizes without prior notice & without assigning any reason therefore.

21) Habitat for Humanity Singapore reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the draw or to vary, delete or add to any of these terms & conditions from time to time without notice.
